Dont know about neem oil but the other two are available, not in garden stores but at grocery stores..
You can also use Garlic water, here is the recipe by Madam Zahrah Nasir from Daily Dawn:
"Take a quarter kilogram of whole, unpeeled garlic and separate one liter of water, bring to the boil, simmer for about 15 minutes, remove from the stove and leave to stand for approximately 12 hours.
Then strain it through fine muslin cloth and spray on pests. The same garlic can be re-boiled two or three times before losing its potency. Proportionally increase the amount of garlic and water for larger batches.
This spray is completely safe for both indoor and outdoor use and should be applied 2-3 times a week until the problem is resolved. This spray washes off in wet weather so don’t use it during periods of extreme humidity."

Re: Aphids
Coopex has "Permethrin" which is extremely toxic to cats & fish, if you have any... but it works good especially on Ants..

Re: Aphids
Mix one tablespoon baking soda & two tablespoon cooking oil in 5 liter of water, spry your plants with this at regular intervals (after 2-3 days) until they are totally wiped out.
from wikipedia: Mealybugs only tend to be serious pests in the presence of ants because the ants protect them from predators and parasites.

Re: Aphids
I'm suffering an Aphid attack on my roses. Any recommendations for a checmical spray? I'm looking for a quickj response and I'm not sure if garlic will do the job. I cant riskmy roses after the brutal pruning I had to do for the botrytis.
