they are getting better now but only 2 peanut plants show flower on them rest of them are getting height but no more and ques is after how many days of flower seen on it should be dig? asif

Izhar here are the photos of some of them i water them half ltr per week

hard zameen means there is hard sand not soft and contains small stones inside i put 100 peanut seeds only 10 plants i got they are 6 months old but no fruit flower came up i put 7 sweet potatos but only 4 came and put 10 potatos only 3 came up peanut size is 8 inch and 1 plant got 1 white color pea...
