There is a concrete boundary wall around my backyard, which I wish to cover with some hardy-evergreen-flowering creeper requiring least of maintenance (cutting/trimming) and fast growing.......
Any help in this regards would be very welcome.....

Ya, I did google for the same and saw the result of Korean Grass and also the Zoysia grass...... As you said, i also read about this type of grass and was confused by the term 'Mounding Grass' What does this mean or what do they intend to state..... Is it that this grass grows very thick and the law...

Don't you think you have over-crowded your little space......?
You should be thinking of thinning 'em out (the plants and not the grass) so as to give 'em some breathing space....
