I had three types of Allamandas.
A fast growing vine with about 1 1/2 ich yellow flowers. I propogated it a lot from tip cuttings. They all vanished this winter.
Allamanda Nerifolia ( bush Allamanda), also did not survive.
Allamanda Cathartica. Yellow single and a semi double.Every winter the top foot or two die and it alwas sprouts. There is an other colour selling in Hyder Abad Sind for under Rs. 100.
The yellow single is the most showy.
