When were the zinnias sown/planted?
pipe as planter is a good idea.

Pipe is 4 Inches and Soil is about 3 Inches, in hot days needs more water, i think cokscomb or those plants which can survive hot days is good ideo to plant in pipe.
I dont think zinnia will survive in pipe.
I baught zinnia seedlings on 3/7/15 and transplant in these trays on 3/7/15.

Beautiful, zabardast... you should start using liquid fertilizer for your zinnias now, they are looking so lush and healthy..
