What is the concentration of your imdacloprid? you can use leaves as mulch... Polytrin C will work too... search for "Lazer"... its a good pesticide...

1. What could be reason of brown spots on leaves
2. There is some new deshaped growth also
3. Are the new bugs showing any disease attack. As they are little blackish (Buds are of Double Delight)

These are typical pesticide burns... low the concentration of pesticide... otherwise they are fine....

Temik (Aldicarb) granuales given 6 inch deep in soil and watered generously

Dried leases added to bed mulched and watered deeply after 2 days

Polytrin-C sprayed

You have given enough chemical fertilizers... add leaf compost as mulch on top of the bed... spray every 10 days...
