I did something like Mustansir did to the onion during the end of winter season, i saw a few onions in the kitchen, (5 indeed) sprouting with some leaves, i planted them in soil, and they kept growing and growing, 3 of them got eaten in the early stage by my chicks, the two remained safe and then finally when i was curious to know how big my onion has become, it was Gone!, no onion was under the plant, there was something like little green onions as shown by mustansir. Pitty
