Request ID for a climber species please

I would really appreciate if someone could ID the following climber.....its quite common in Karachi....usually found on the khokhas of mochis giving a cool shade/makeshift roof. Thanks, Jawad.

Looks like an Elephant Creeper, http://www.flowersofindia.net/catalog/vine.html. Pretty common in Karachi.

Much appreciated - I was looking up the suggestion and found a better match....Heart-leaved Moonseed (Tinospora cordifolia Miers), GILOY, Guduchi.
Although I've never seen the supposed red fruit, the stem, aerial roots lead to a near perfect match.

It could be possible, either wait for flowers or post it on Plant Planet ID on facebook.

If you see purple flowers it is the elephant creeper. If you see Tinospora type flowers then you are right.
