plant id please

plant id please
I saw these two plants on central median of GT road from Kamra to Attock . Please identify as i plan to add these to my living fence . Both these shrubs have nice dense foliage and pretty flowers .

The first picture shows the seeds of Dodonaea.
The bottom picture looks like yellow Acacia, I am not sure about the species.

Thanks Farooq the first one seems to be dodonaea as i searched net after your reply.
The other one i am not sure . Flowers of accaica seem to be fuzzy type. These flowers are petals type . Leaves are like pine needles and brown slim branches were bent with flowers .

You are right, acacias do not have petals. I wish your photo were clear. Based on your description, chances are that it could be Parkinsonia. Was one petal slightly different from the rest?
